Ozgur Adigozel is the Strategy Practice Node for Chicago and a Partner and Managing Director at the Chicago office. He is the head of BCG’s payer division in North America and a key figure in the strategy and healthcare divisions.
In addition to providing services on all top-management agenda subjects, Ozgur specializes in corporate and growth strategy, business development, and large-scale performance transformation for healthcare companies and institutions.
Ozgur held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at Anthem before joining BCG. Ozgur oversaw the Individual Business Unit’s whole direct-to-consumer marketing and product innovation initiatives when he was employed at Anthem. Additionally, he was in charge of the P&L for direct internet sales of individual health insurance plans. Ozgur worked at McKinsey & Co. before to joining Anthem, where he was responsible for enhancing the efficiency of financial and healthcare organizations. Ozgur began working as an industrial engineer with Procter & Gamble.
Ozgur graduated with honors from the University of Michigan Business School with an M.B.A. and Istanbul Technical University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He participated in the Dutch Mathematics Olympics Team and the Turkish Physics Team.
