Majed Rashad, Founder and CEO of NEXT LEVEL INTERNATIONAL, plays a pivotal role in shaping the business model of NEXT LEVEL, guiding its vision, formulating strategies, and devising effective approaches to address challenges. Majed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from King Saud University, KSA, and received additional education in Business Communication and Marketing Strategy from Intrax, San Diego, US, in 2011.
His journey began as a volunteer, collaborating with Hill & Knowlton and the Ministry of Energy during the OPEC summit in 2007 in Riyadh. This experience ignited his passion for the field, recognizing the event as a groundbreaking moment in the Saudi events scene. He saw the untapped potential in the industry, laying the foundation for his vision of NEXT LEVEL.
Majed later represented Richard Attias in Saudi Arabia, further fueling his passion for the field. Prior to co-founding Synergy and Co. and establishing NEXT LEVEL, he gained extensive experience across various sectors. Notably, he worked at Rotana Media Group from 2009 to 2012, assuming various responsibilities, including marketing and sales management.
From 2012 to 2015, he contributed to the Badir Program for Technology Incubators, overseeing the establishment and operation of the Saudi Business Incubators Network. His tenure as the Director of Communication at the National Industrial Cluster Program involved diverse projects, including the setup of public relations and the marketing department.
Preceding the establishment of NEXT LEVEL, Majed served as a Communications Consultant at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) from 2015 to 2017. Within this role, he was part of a team of fifteen individuals working on KACST initiatives aligned with the 2030 vision, overseeing projects related to vision establishment.
In 2018, NEXT LEVEL was founded through the acquisition of an existing company. It was established with a vision of transformation, growth, and change. NEXT LEVEL introduced and applied international standards within the local context, integrating the culture, preferences, potentials, and ideas from their homeland. This unique approach gave rise to NEXT LEVEL’s distinctive outlook in the event management sector.

NEXT LEVEL embarked on its journey at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, presenting an enormous challenge for an Event Management company. Despite this adversity, the team demonstrated remarkable creativity and resilience. They not only survived the crisis but also thrived by diversifying their business model. Within just one month, they expanded to include the NEXT LEVEL store, offering their own products such as stationery and gifts. They collaborated with various entities, including the Ministry of Health, to participate in nationwide health programs. Additionally, they played a significant role in the distribution of sanitizers and medical masks, becoming exclusive agents and distributors of leading European brands in this sector.
The journey’s struggles have, paradoxically, made it easy, amazing, and rewarding. Success, achieved as a team, has transformed each event into a distinct and memorable experience.
