About the Company
After 9/11, Julie Wald founded Namaste NY in 2003 with the goal of assisting people and organizations in recovering from the trauma of that terrible day. Julie became aware of the significant affect her work was having on her clients as she provided integrated counseling and taught yoga and meditation in the homes of eminent New Yorkers, CEOs, and captains of business. Clients started asking whether similar lessons and practices might be given to their workers to promote well-being and drive performance as evidence about the efficacy of wellness started to emerge and clients saw the impact that Julie’s work was having on their lives and performance. Namaste NY quickly established itself as the wellness provider of choice for the most prosperous businesses in the globe because to its depth of knowledge and experience. Namaste is in right now. Golden continues to provide services to businesses and organizations with the highest standards, and more recently, they have widened their clientele to include senior citizens.
Golden’s Four Pillars of Wellness—Movement, Stillness, Connection, and Nourishment—form the foundation of the organization’s paradigm for teaching self-care. Within this framework, the team works with clients to incorporate effective health habits in a way that feels natural and is manageable for their hectic schedule.
