Erika Ehrnrooth, the CEO of Eilakaisla, is a results-driven leader with background in marketing, sales, change management, business and people development, and a range of sectors, most recently the FMCG and then the services sector. She possesses outstanding strategic and tactical business competencies, a track record of successfully managing change, and advanced leadership abilities. Her areas of core strength include business and people management, as well as the seamless and effective integration of marketing and sales (products and services; B2C and B2B). I’m practical, focused on finding solutions, and client-focused.
As a person, Erika is tenacious, passionate, and gregarious; she constantly challenges the status quo and seizes the opportunity for change. She speaks English, French, German, Finnish, Swedish, and Scandinavian with great social and communication abilities.
As a mother of three (a member of generation Z), Erika is always seeking to better herself in her language skills and other areas of interest, as well as in people leadership for the next generation of leaders. These days, her leisure time is devoted to her kids and their interests, but she still enjoys athletics, and I’m very competitive.
Erika enjoys power walks in the great outdoors, cross-country skiing, boot camps, pilates, pushing herself, and sailing or windsurfing in the stunning Finnish archipelago as ways to unwind. She used to be a member of Finland’s national sailing team and had a hunting license.
