How critical is it for the Founder & Director role to be engaged in business strategy?
The founder has created and developed the content and is the brainchild behind the business. But the business model is designed by one for many and offers opportunities for team members to grow and develop their own microbusinesses within our company.
What are your views on the future of work and the importance for employees to be in an office to collaborate and maintain company culture?
Community is built on collaboration, innovation, and inspiration that come from sharing ideas, brainstorming, and cultivating relationships. I don’t believe this needs to happen daily in an office, but it definitely should be through regular relationship building sessions.
What advice do you offer to people beginning their careers?
Follow your passion; success comes through cadence and consistency. What you focus on expands, so choose a career that can help you create a life you love.
