He has spoken at and participated in a number of international conferences, including MIPIM, Cityscapes, and The Big5 Dubai. Kerem has also given presentations at universities and institutes, as well as overseen the development of national architectural guidelines and regulatory publications.
Kerem’s exceptional work and leadership has helped obtain numerous large and high-profile projects in the UAE, GCC, and broader MENA Region, as well as overseas, where he frequently competes with globally recognized international design companies. To mention a few, his mindset has won him and the team he oversees the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award for Innovation” in 2017, as well as “The Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade” in 2009.
